The Jane Redicker Business Scholarship
Endowed by the Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce
 
The Greater Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce (GSSCC) established The Jane Redicker Business Scholarship to honor its long-time President & CEO Jane Redicker, who retired in 2022 following nearly 18 years of service to Chamber members and the greater Silver Spring business community.  Chamber members and the local business community rely on a skilled, educated workforce that will assure a strong, thriving economy.  This scholarship will provide needed financial support to deserving students pursuing higher education in the field of STEM and business at Montgomery College’s Takoma Park/Silver Spring campus.
 
GSSCC has committed seed funding to launch the scholarship and is currently collecting contributions to build an endowment that will ensure that the Chamber is able to support deserving students at Montgomery College Takoma Park/Silver Spring in perpetuity.
